Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding multiple teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals, ensuring that the software is robust, scalable, and performs efficiently. The lead also dedicates time to reviewing progress, addressing challenges, and fostering an environment that promotes innovation and high-quality outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within cloud environments.
- In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and deliver effective, innovative solutions.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical and business objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
