The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. We're seeking a visionary Principal Technical Program Manager to drive AI Innovation and delivery on our Customer 360 team. In this role, you will leverage artificial intelligence to solve novel customer problems and create powerful primitives that empower teams across Amazon. You will identify new ways to enhance customer experiences and develop foundational tools that enable rapid innovation throughout the company. You'll drive the delivery of AI-powered solutions, working closely with research scientists, engineers, and business units to translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into tangible customer benefits. Your mission will be to identify high-impact customer problems that can be uniquely addressed by AI, and to build scalable, reusable AI primitives that accelerate innovation across Amazon's diverse product ecosystem.

Key job responsibilities
* Develop and own the roadmap for AI-driven customer solutions, coordinating effectively with partners, stakeholders, and senior leadership across organizations.
* Identify and prioritize customer problems that can be solved through innovative applications of AI, working backwards from customer needs.
* Lead the development of AI primitives and tools that enable teams across Amazon to rapidly prototype and deploy AI-powered features.
* Foster a culture of innovation, mentoring TPMs and collaborating with SDEs and Applied Scientists to push the boundaries of AI application in e-commerce and beyond.
* Establish robust frameworks for ethical AI use, ensuring all solutions maintain Amazon's high standards for customer trust, privacy, and security.
