Summary:
In the role of Senior BPC, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The role demands continuous alignment of software solutions with organizational goals, focusing on delivering scalable and high-performing systems. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain quality and efficiency is a key aspect, alongside fostering an environment that supports innovation and technical excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate custom software solutions seamlessly within the broader technology ecosystem.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Experience in designing scalable software architectures and ensuring high code quality.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices in custom software engineering.
- Ability to lead technical teams and manage complex project deliveries effectively.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and troubleshooting within enterprise software environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
