Roles & Responsibilities:
JOB DESCRIPTION

OVERVIEW –

The Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on the platform. This role focuses on configuring modules, developing custom applications, and integrating with other systems to streamline IT service management and business workflows.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Enhance CSM module in and create custom workflows
Design, configure, and implement modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM) and custom applications to meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript, GlideRecord, and other development tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure optimal use of the platform.
Perform system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting, ensuring the stability and performance of the environment.
Please note CSM experience is a must have

QUALIFICATIONS
Required: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience as a Developer or Administrator. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and hands-on experience with platform configuration and development.
o Professional 1 (at least 2 years of experience)
o Professional 2 (3-6 years of experience)
o Professional 3 (7+ years of experience)
Preferred: certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer),
experience with ITIL processes, and integration experience with other enterprise systems.



Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
