As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Document software design and development processes to ensure clarity and maintainability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management.
- Experience with application design and configuration within enterprise environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex software challenges.
- Ability to work with various software development tools and platforms related to asset management.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle processes including testing and deployment.
- Capability to adapt and learn new technologies relevant to enterprise software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
