We are currently searching for a Senior AI-Assisted Software Engineer:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Effectively use AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, DROID, Claude, or similar platforms to increase engineering productivity.
• Create structured, context-rich prompts that enable AI tools to generate high-quality code, technical designs, documentation, test cases, and troubleshooting recommendations.
• Use prompt engineering at a macro level to analyze business requirements, decompose complex problems, generate solution approaches, and accelerate feature development.
• Leverage AI tools to understand and navigate large codebases, identify defects, recommend enhancements, and accelerate onboarding to existing applications.
• Utilize AI-assisted development to support coding, testing, debugging, refactoring, code reviews, and documentation activities.
• Validate and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, scalability, and coding standards.
• Rapidly transform concepts, prototypes, and business requirements into production-ready solutions using AI-enabled development practices.
• Demonstrate sound engineering judgment by effectively balancing AI-generated recommendations with software engineering best practices.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Engineering, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale applications.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in leveraging AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to accelerate software development and improve delivery outcomes.
• A highly productive software engineer who effectively leverages AI tools as a development accelerator.
• Proven ability to use advanced prompting techniques to analyze requirements, generate solutions, modify existing applications, and significantly improve delivery speed while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and maintainability.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
