Salesforce Developer (Sales & Marketing) - Singapore
Location: Singapore, Singapore

Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions to support sales and marketing business functions.
- Customize and configure Salesforce applications, including workflows, validation rules, dashboards, reports, and process automation.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), AmpScript, Visualforce pages, and system integrations.
- Support Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related Salesforce platform enhancements based on business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with business users, sales teams, marketing teams, and functional consultants to gather and analyze requirements.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems, marketing platforms, and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform bug fixing, and optimize system performance.
- Support data migration, deployment, testing, and release activities.
- Ensure development activities comply with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance guidelines.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide post-implementation support when required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in Salesforce development and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud functionalities.
- Experience in Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools.
- Understanding of sales and marketing business processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control, and deployment processes is an advantage.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with basic insurance processes is preferred.
