This role will be based out of our NaturalMotion Games studio, based in Central London. At NaturalMotion, we embrace a hybrid work environment. Within this role, you would work 2 days per week in our London office and the remaining days at home. Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Zynga Go To Market team, to play a pivotal role in the execution of integrated projects for the marketing of our games. You will be working across all of the new launch titles within the Zynga portfolio. In this capacity, you will ensure the successful delivery of projects, spanning from kick off briefings to the final asset handover. You will have recent experience working in marketing project delivery, be proactive, with a strong focus on attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Management and overview of the workflow of various projects on different titles ensuring that all team members keep to the timelines, stay within budgets, and mitigate risk by running interference for project blockers
  • Develop and communicate detailed project plans to internal team members and external vendors; managing expectations ensuring alignment on deliverables and processes
  • Where required, supporting the Brand Strategy and Media teams with drafting creative briefs
  • Compiling and organising marketing campaign creative asset requirements
  • Managing stakeholder relationships through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests
  • Working with Finance and Legal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on budget and are compliant with legal requirements
  • Define and deliver processes and best practices to optimize project delivery and management
  • Troubleshooting and proposing alternative solutions in situations where there are timing or delivery challenges
  • Source external vendors and assets; work with external vendors on deliverables, timelines, onboarding paperwork and billing. This can include international partners
  • Working closely with internal and external teams to ensure delivery of output is the best possible quality
  • Support collaboration between teams and orchestrate executional excellence
  • Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions, and next actions on projects

Required Experience & Skills

  • Strong experience managing projects, coordinating with global teams, and/or other planning-related duties in the marketing space
  • Multi-tasking capabilities. Comfortable working on multiple projects and titles simultaneously
  • Skilled in navigating matrix organizations, able to work with work multiple teams (e.g. both Marketing and Game teams) on projects to deliver results
  • Excellent communicator, able to secure buy-in from peers and senior management with equal success
  • A strong understanding of processes, including creative production, paid media and digital builds – interest in optimising those processes is a strong plus
  • Experienced at assessing, onboarding and managing external partners and vendors
  • A cool, calm and collected approach to problem solving
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong self-awareness and people-management skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Email, Docs, Drive, Slides)
  • Experience using asset management and project management tools, such as Jira
  • Understanding of relevant traditional media, digital & social media platforms and their requirements, and the full spectrum of through the line marketing activities
