Technical Account Manager, Application Support Engineering

Zuora, Inc. seeks Technical Account Manager, Application Support Engineering to drive the delivery of software development projects, ensuring key milestones and business needs are met. Coordinate with customers to understand business needs and identify software solutions. Serve in a project manager capacity for cross-functional teams to prioritize, plan, and execute development schedules in line with software development projects. Collaborate with project team members to identify and resolve operational issues with the software. Apply technical acumen to provide design alternatives and support the team in technical issue resolution. Coordinate testing of integrations in a distributed client-server environment by using object-oriented programming language. Monitor Zuora software systems used for design and validation of systems solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for all account inquiries related to technical incidents. Develop and implement action plans for account holders and facilitate effective communications. Track and monitor ongoing account incidents throughout the support lifecycle, engaging with specialists as needed to resolve issues.

Position requires Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field, and 2 years of software design, development, testing, and implementation experience. Experience must include 2 years of experience with the following: technical account management; enterprise application support and customer service, including SaaS; MySQL, NoSQL, Oracle DBMS, and SQLite databases; Linux, Unix, and Windows systems troubleshooting; and C#, CSS, GitHub, Hawkeye, HTML5, IntelliJ, Java, JavaScript, Jira, Kibana, NetBeans, NetSuite, Postman, ServiceNow, Sumo Logic, REST/SOAP APIs, Wavefront, XML, and Zendesk. Telecommuting is available anywhere in the U.S.

Rate of Pay: $143,000 - $173,000 per year
