Senior Software Engineer, UI/Frontend

We're looking for an experienced UI/FE Software Engineer to join our team. Reporting directly to the VP of the group, you'll be responsible for:

• Build user interface for the new product from the ground up.
• Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, resilient UI using ReactJS.
• Work with UX teams to translate design into reusable and accessible components using our existing design system.
• Coordinate with the backend team for building RESTful APIs.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 5+ years of IT experience specializing in frontend development, proficient in JavaScript and React.
• Solid skills in core web fundamentals, including HTML and CSS, with a focus on semantic structure, performance optimization, and accessibility.
• Demonstrated capability in developing complex dashboards featuring advanced data visualizations, graphs, and charts, ensuring high performance and user engagement.
• Extensive background in creating enterprise-level or B2B applications, integrating REST APIs, and proficient in using version control systems, defect tracking tools, and build systems.
• Knowledgeable in UI/UX design principles and best practices.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with modern frameworks like Tailwind CSS and Next.js.
• Developed enterprise-level and B2B applications, demonstrating strong capabilities in creating robust and scalable software solutions.
• Proficient in integrating REST APIs and utilizing version control systems, defect tracking tools, and build systems to enhance software reliability and workflow efficiency.
• Experience with General AI, leveraging advanced technologies to innovate and improve application functionalities.
• Knowledgeable in UI/UX design concepts and best practices, focusing on delivering optimal user experiences and engaging interfaces.
• Additional experience in Networking or Cloud Security products, providing a valuable skill set for ensuring secure and efficient network operations.

This role is preferred to sit in our San Jose, CA office (hybrid work environment) but the team is also open to remote options.
