As part of the IT DATA group, we will build our enterprise data strategy which emphasizes data management, fosters a data culture, and architects an excellent enterprise data platform. We have the goal to provide trusted data and insights at scale which promote corporate and functional data-driven decision making. We are fueled by organic innovation, internal collaboration and adoption of data visualization, data management, reporting automation, AI/ML and integration tools. We use best practices and agreement through our Enterprise Data Community to deliver speed to insight, scale, control and enablement. The team is distributed across the United States and India and is composed of data engineers, data analysts, visualization developers, and infrastructure specialists.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Data Analyst to join our Data Strategy Team. This is a hybrid role based out in Bangalore/Mohali. Reporting to the Manager, Business Intelligence

You will be responsible for:

  • As part of the Data Strategy Team, cross collaboration with different Business Teams like Finance, GTM, Product Pricing and Customer Success etc to understand our goals and help in generating applicable outcomes by allowing them with data and insights.
  • Lead partner engagement, challenge and question assumptions, working collaboratively with Business Partners to refine strategies and future data roadmap.
  • Involved in efforts to promote data models that support Finance, Marketing and Sales, Product & Pricing Related projects.
  • Lead process & data discovery across the entire business applications landscape (Salesforce, NetSuite, Application logs, Forecasting/Planning tools etc.) to allow decision making through data. Exposure to skills like financial planning, accounting, billings/bookings reporting, and Order to Cash (O2C), Lead to Order(L2O) etc
  • Deep dive into business problems and processes and Identify areas of opportunities to enhance existing data flows and processes.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance, contributing to the success of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Work with IT business engagement & enterprise data platform teams to identify source data requirements for ingestion into the data warehouse.
  • Design quarterly/monthly reporting to support ongoing needs and to tell a "story" focused on business insights & data

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of experience as Data Analyst or related role in a SaaS organization.
  • Experience with industry standard CRM/ERP platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite including marketing automation platforms like Marketo etc.
  • Experience in Agile SDLC model before experience building Sprint Plans.
  • Experience in SQL and ability to perform complex modeling with large volumes of data.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Are aware of Lead to Order (L2O), Order to Cash (O2C) process in sales, financial planning, accounting, billings/bookings reporting in Finance.
  • Capacity to lead and work on including prioritization discussions with business and regular communication on project progress.
  • Experience with Advanced SQL, Python, Dbt or similar.
  • Good level of experience with any industry standard BI/Data Visualization tools like Tableau, QlikView, CRM Analytics or similar BI tool
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative major (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field)
