Overview

The Project Manager/Senior Analyst will report to the Sr. Manager of the Systems and Process team. You will work across all Go To Market (GTM) and Information Technology (IT) teams at Zscaler to help accelerate the delivery of systems and process changes. You will have experience in project managing, process analysis/improvement, and project delivery across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Effective at Conveying Information: Experienced in creating leadership decks, presenting, and facilitating meetings across diverse audiences. Experienced in listening, influencing, communicating, and asking questions to gain clarity and alignment.
• Strong Organization: Translate "ideas" into phased project plans. Plans should include goals, roles impacted, resources required, important milestones, and dependencies and risks. You will ensure all deliverables maintain a high standard of excellence.
• Process Analyst Mindset: You will need to develop an understanding of Zscaler systems and processes to scope and size the end-to-end impact of proposed changes.
• Senior Analyst Execution: Drive operational success by assessing current processes, proposing improvements, and implementing new systems across the organization, ensuring scalable support for ecosystem teams.
• Intrinsically Motivated: You enjoy seeing projects through from start to finish, and planning next steps in a dynamic work setting. You will communicate the value of projects rather than provide status updates. This high visibility role requires an expert to join our team.

Required Qualifications

• 7 years minimum experience in: Analyst, Project Management, Instructional Design
• 2 years minimum experience Salesforce
• Innovative mindset with expertise in exceeding targets
• Conveys complex information across varying audiences
• Efficient planner and task manager
• Solution focused
• Expert comprehension skills
• Adept presenter, facilitator, editor and writer
• Bachelor's degree or greater
