We're looking for an experienced Principal Technical Enablement Engineer to join our Training team. Reporting to the Director- Technical Enablement you'll be responsible for:
- Facilitate/coach/teach technical audiences.
- Facilitate and run virtual and in-person Bootcamps
- Build and continously improve onboarding process for solutions consulting organisation
- Create and develop engaging collateral for use and reuse to deliver technical or business content
- Be a trusted advisor and mentor to the new hires, collaborate with internal colleagues
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Must have 12+ years of experience in technical Enablement experience in Pre/Post-Sales Enablement or equivalent position
- Minimum B.Tech degree or related field.
- Experience in security and cloud management technologies and products
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Ability and desire to explain technical concepts to all kinds of stakeholders
- Analyse trends and patterns, and provide an action plan to improve the ramp time of technical sellers
