Description
Zoox is growing our recruiting team with a technical sourcer. This role will be in support of the teams responsible with verifying the safety of our robotaxi platform. The roles will be a mixture of AI software, systems engineering, software development, and system verification. Candidates should expect to work on a wide variety of roles in niche areas that require strong sourcing campaigns. The role is based in the bay area and is a hybrid role, with 3 days in office in Foster City.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and understand job requirements
  • Source and screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit
  • Build a pipeline of engineering talent with recruiting partners to meet company needs and priorities

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of full cycle sourcing experience
  • Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit
  • Tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry
  • Consultative and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting/sourcing systems or software positions
  • Experience working for a recruiting agency or sourcing in-house
  • Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior engineering leadership
  • Experience recruiting for AI Software
Location
This hybrid role entails working in the office three days per week in our Foster City office (HQ). 

Compensation
This is a contract position and employment for this position will be through a vendor contracted with Zoox. The pay range for this position is $40 to $80 per hour and you will be eligible for a benefits package as offered by the vendor.
