Software Engineer III

Location: Remote - Canada

Department: 933 Engineering - ZI Products

ZoomInfo is where careers accelerate. We move fast, think boldly, and empower you to do the best work of your life. You’ll be surrounded by teammates who care deeply, challenge each other, and celebrate wins. With tools that amplify your impact and a culture that backs your ambition, you won’t just contribute. You’ll make things happen–fast.

As a Frontend-Focused Full Stack Engineer on the Conversation Intelligence team, you'll shape the experience layer of Chorus.ai — ZoomInfo's Conversation Intelligence platform. You'll build the rich data visualizations, charting experiences, and AI-powered interfaces that turn millions of analyzed sales calls into insights salespeople actually use. You'll own customer-facing product areas end-to-end, with a primary focus on crafting intuitive, performant UI, while staying comfortable enough with backend services to move fast without blockers.

What You'll do:

  • Design and build polished, responsive UI components and data visualization/charting experiences that make complex conversation data intuitive and actionable
  • Build and iterate on AI-powered tools and interfaces that surface deal insights, risk signals, and next-step recommendations in digestible ways
  • Collaborate closely with designers and PMs to translate roadmap initiatives into well-scoped frontend architecture and execution
  • Contribute to backend REST APIs and services as needed to support new features (own the contract, not necessarily the deep implementation)
  • Provide technical leadership on frontend architecture, component design patterns, and performance — contribute to code reviews and raise the UI/UX bar across the team
  • Test, document, and maintain a frontend codebase that's an example to other engineers

What you bring:

  • 3–6 years of relevant software engineering experience building production web applications, with React/Angular/Vue as your primary discipline
  • Strong grasp of frontend architecture: component design, state management, performance optimization, responsive/accessible UI
  • Working knowledge of — or genuine eagerness to learn — backend services and REST API development (Node.js or Python)
  • Familiarity with relational/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB) and search technologies (Elasticsearch/Solr) a plus, not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; highly responsible, enthusiastic, and thorough
