Senior Product Manager, Mobile

What You’ll Do:

• Shape the Mobile Vision and Strategy: Define and execute a compelling vision for the ZoomInfo Copilot mobile app, positioning it as the indispensable go-to-market intelligence advisor for sellers on the go. Leverage cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI and machine learning, to design an innovative mobile-first strategy tailored to key seller workflows.
• Build and Prioritize a High-Impact Roadmap: Develop a data-driven product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives, with a focus on speed to market, identifying and prioritizing features that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Deliver Exceptional Mobile Experiences: Partner with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams and deliver a mobile app that delivers seamless interoperability between mobile and desktop workflows.  Continuously iterate and improve the app based on user feedback, analytics and emerging trends.
• Drive Engagement and Growth: Establish and track success metrics, including app downloads, user engagement, and conversion rates, driving sustained growth and adoption.
• Communicate with Impact: Regularly provide clear, concise updates to cross-functional stakeholders, including executives, on strategy, progress, and impact. Craft compelling narratives that present data and insights to drive decision-making and action
• Define and Analyze Metrics: Identify essential metrics, set up tracking, analyze data, and translate insights into impactful initiatives that enable growth
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams:  Coordinate engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver superior GTM platform experiences and onboarding solutions.
• Bias for Action: Maintain a strong bias for action, focusing on delivering results quickly and iterating for improvement
• Champion the ZoomInfo Culture: Operate as “One team,  One dream”, fostering transparency, supporting your colleagues and celebrating successes and learnings together.  

What You’ll Bring:

• Seasoned Professional with 5+ years of product management experience, specializing in bringing best-in-class mobile apps to market.
• You are customer-centric and dedicated to delivering excellent experiences for all customers, internal and external.  Have engaged directly with customers to gather real-time feedback.  Can analyze data usage patterns and meeting recordings to remove friction with onboarding, and improve speed to value via easy setup.
• Ability to convey complex concepts and strategies clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.  You are skilled in developing compelling narratives, crafting detailed technical requirements, and communicating roadmaps and cross-functional plans. 
• Business Impact Driver, with a proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through mobile and other emerging channels.  Expertise in rallying around key performance indicators aligned with company goals, connecting daily activities to long-term business impact.
• Strong product intuition informed by data insights, using tools like Amplitude and Tableau, heavily relying on data analytics to guide product decisions.
• Enthusiasm in reviewing and collaborating on technical design documents, and partnering with engineering teams to develop and implement innovative, high-performance data solutions.

• Impactful Mobile App: A best-in-class mobile app for go-to-market intelligence, powered by ZoomInfo’s GTM data, AI, and ML  The app forms a critical medium by which frontline sellers consume GTM intelligence, using natural language-based conversations, focused jobs to be done and an excellent user-experience.
• Strategic goals: You have established the mobile app as a transformative channel for ZoomInfo, contributing directly to the company’s mission of empowering businesses to achieve their GTM goals.
• Improved MAU and DAU: significantly greater users of the app and it becomes a major driver for growth with increased MAU, DAU, and platform-wide conversion.  
• Impactful product roadmap: An everprioritized roadmap is in place, informed by customer feedback, market research, and technical feasibility with a strong emphasis on AI and machine learning capabilities.  
• Data-Driven User Insights:  Strategic adjustments made from user analytics lead to enhanced product features that directly address pain points. These improvements are validated by increased user engagement and satisfaction metrics, demonstrating that the platform is effectively tailored to meet user needs.
