Software QA Engineer

工作职责：
1.熟悉loadrunner、Jmeter性能测试工具;
2.负责性能测试自动化脚本的设计、开发、维护工作；
3.能够定制各类压测方案、报告；
4.具备编码能力，能够定制化相应产品服务，拥有网络、操作系统、数据库等专业知识
5.参与自动化测试框架、工具的开发和自动化测试推广工作，和自动化case的完成；
6.依据需求及设计文档,编写测试用例,制定测试计划，完成产品的功能测试,集成测试与系统测试; 
7.对测试中发现的问题进行详细分析和准确定位，与研发合作推进缺陷的解决; 
8.能提出对产品的进一步改进建议，记录跟踪相关反馈。

岗位要求：
1.有5年以上软件自动化测试工具或框架开发经验，掌握常见自动化测试工具和自动化测试框架；
2.熟练使用Java/C#/Python中至少一种语言，熟悉MySQL/Oracle/SQL Server/DB2中至少一种关系型数据库；

具备以下条件者优先：
1.有大型复杂测试环境搭建或devops相关经验;
2.熟练运用各种黑盒测试用例设计方法;
3.掌握基本的软件测试理论,熟悉软件测试的基本方法、流程和规范; 
4.熟悉PC、移动端应用软件测试方法，有统一通讯软件/Softphone测试经验者优先; 
5.有较好的分析问题、解决问题能力，勇于创新和改进; 
6.有很好的团队合作意识，责任心强有较强的学习能力和沟通协调能力。
