Senior Software Engineer

Job Description:

Develop the social integrations with Zoom Contact Center; Implement the message protocol transforming for Zoom Contact Center chat channel; Develop the Zoom Contact Center video channel related service; Customer tickets handling and trouble shooting; and Optimization the service for availability, performance and scalability. 

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or a foreign equivalent. Must have 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation. Must have 5 years of experience in: Java core; Springboot or other Microservice framework; MySQL or similar SQL based DB; NoSQL DB; Redis or similar memory cache; and AWS or similar Cloud platform. Telecommuting work permitted: position may work throughout various unanticipated locations throughout the US.
