Zoom is at the forefront of revolutionizing collaboration experiences. We are seeking an exceptional Lead DevOps Engineer to drive continuous improvements for our Zoom Gateway and AI services. This role requires expertise in building robust automation, collaborating with developers, enhancing monitoring systems, and contributing to the overall advancement of our services.

About the Team

Zoom Gateway DevOps team's responsibilities include but are not limited to Zoom AI Companion, Zoom Live Translation and Live Transcription. Zoom Advanced Whiteboard, Zoom Audio Conference, Zoom Conference Room Connectors, and Zoom Web Client.

What we’re looking for

• Experience leading large scale and high impact technical projects, cloud infrastructure
• Experience in python scripting
• Experience with Istio service mesh and telemetry (monitoring)
• Experience in production with Kubernetes in multi-cloud and on - prem
• Experience developing large scale Ansible automation
• Experience in Terraform or other IaC tools
• Experience building production code pipeline with Jenkins, Git, and ArgoCD
• Experience with Prometheus, open telemetry or other monitoring platform
• Experience with ELK stack
