This role is part of the Business and Customer Success Operations Team within the ZTD (Zoetis Tech & Digital) Operations & Support organization and reports to the Head of Business and Customer Success. As the Supply Continuity Success Lead, the position is responsible for providing ERP functional, data, and process expertise across the Supply Continuity value chain. The primary goal is to enhance business success and improve customer experiences through close collaboration with global business stakeholders. Working within Zoetis’ global enterprise model, this role partners with solution delivery teams and Managed Services Partners to drive continuous innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

This position will be focused on:

  • Ensure the continued success of the “Zoetis Global Model” by supporting strategic solutions delivered by teams (e.g., ERP, IBP) and working closely with AMS Partners.
  • Lead efforts in Solution Debt Reduction and Continuous Improvement in collaboration with the Solution Adoption Lead, Delivery Teams, and AMS Partners.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to define and measure performance targets, enhancing business operations and customer success.
  • Gather structured feedback from business units to enhance the performance of in-service solutions and develop risk mitigation strategies for potential performance issues.
  • Review and approve production release changes for problem resolutions and enhancements.
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at improving the ZTD Operations & Support function through continuous improvement efforts.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational maturity models, ensuring alignment with evolving standards, processes, and methodologies for scalable business performance.

Qualifications (Training, Education, & Prior Experience):

Education

Bachelor's degree required, with advanced degree (e.g., Master's) preferred but not required
 

Experience

Technical and Functional Competencies: Minimum of 10-12+ years of experience, with some of the following:

  • Make To Deliver (MTD) - functional, data, technical, business processes.

  • Experienced in Outbound Delivery processing, Picking & Packing with Handling Unit Management and Transportation planning & execution.
  • Worked on 3rd party SAP bolt-on applications involving Load Planning, Carrier Optimization, Cartonization, Booking, Shipping and Tracking with external logistics providers like FedEx or UPS.
  • Experience in working on interfaces with external Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) using EDI.
  • Good to have working knowledge of SAP TM processes like Shipments, Transportation Planning, Rate Shopping, Carrier Selection and Tracking with external logistics providers like FedEx or UPS.

  • Integrated Business Planning (IBP) - functional, data, technical; business processes
    • Must have hands on APO Configuration & Customization experience.
    • Experience with IBP Integration
    • Experience with Planning Master Data in ECC /S/4 HANA & IBP

  • Plan to Manufacture (PTM) - functional, data, technical, business processes.
    • Experience in PP-PI, discrete, and variant manufacturing.
    • Experience in sap- QM management, including multi specs, COA etc.
    • Experience in plant maintenance, especially in calibration
    • Experience in DMS.

  • Hands-on experiences:
    • Understanding customer challenges, navigating from problem to resolution, communicating effectively both verbally and in writing
    • Integrated Business Planning (IBP) functional design and configuration and their integration, including localizations for LATAM (Required).
    • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA (preferred)
    • Understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with external customers/systems

Knowledge, Skills, Ability Requirements:

  • Experience with Solution and Service Delivery models (e.g., Design/Build/Run, Design/Build vs. Run)
  • Understanding of Application Managed Services (AMS) processes (service introduction, adoption, optimization)
  • Understanding customer challenges, navigating from problem to resolution, communicating effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology (preferred)
  • Delivering, supporting, and enhancing enterprise-wide business solutions
  • Consulting, coordinating, and aligning effectively with business stakeholders.
  • Abilities to work effectively with limited supervision making sound judgements with limited data.
  • Self-starter who brings out the best in others with engaging leadership style and can-do attitude
