Job Description

POSITION MISSION

Accelerate data-driven commercial and operational decision-making across Zoetis’ business units by transforming sales, market, customer, and execution data into actionable insights that drive growth, coverage, profitability, and service across channels such as veterinary clinics, distributors, and specialty retail.

This role will be responsible for developing dashboards, KPIs, and reports that democratize information across the organization, providing visibility into performance and improvement opportunities for multiple business areas.

KEY FUNCTIONS

• Validate the quality and consistency of data used in analyses.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports, including sales (sell-in/sell-out), market share, coverage, and channel/territory performance.
• Integrate and model data from multiple sources: ERP (billing, pricing, credit notes), CRM (sales force activity and visits), distributors (sell-in/sell-out), inventories, logistics, product catalogs, market data, and digital campaigns.
• Automate reporting processes (ETL/ELT, validations, reconciliations) to reduce manual workload and ensure end-to-end traceability.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance, including distributor agreements and responsible handling of commercially sensitive information.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Marketing, and General Management to understand information needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Support the development and governance of standard KPIs (definitions, metrics dictionary, source of truth) to align Commercial, Marketing, Supply, and Finance.
• Identify market opportunities, risks, competitive threats, and growth drivers through advanced analytics.
• Deliver executive-level insights and storytelling to support strategic decision-making.

EDUCATION (Level / Degree / Specialty or Discipline)

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Business Intelligence, Data Science or related fields.

Systems and Tools Required

• BI platforms: Power BI, Microsoft Office, Azure
• Databases: SQL
• Statistical analysis tools: Advanced Excel, Python.

Proficiency in English, both in oral and written communication.

EXPERIENCE

• 2 years in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or commercial intelligence roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strategic, Proactive, Analytical and Critical thinker.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proven experience managing large data volumes, developing dashboards, and executive reports.
• Participation in multidisciplinary projects and team management.
• High capacity for teamwork and customer service
• Strong communication skills and ability to present results at various organizational levels.
