Summary:

As Lead Product Manager for the Recommendations team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our roadmap to drive more one-on-one connections between job seekers and employers. 

Key Focus Areas:

• Identify, validate, and prioritize a balanced roadmap of short-term and long-term bets to level up the capabilities of our recommendations platform 
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional machine learning-driven user experiences for job seekers and employers
• Manage project execution and define go-to-market strategy and communications
• Build alignment toward a long-term vision with key stakeholders and partners, and be a strong voice and influencer for effective data management across domains

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years combined professional experience in product, data science, or engineering 
• Must be available to work with an engineering team in Tel Aviv (GMT+3) 
• Hands on experience with matching technology and recommendation systems
• Experience leading and driving product roadmaps with proven leadership in cross-functional team management, driving execution and enhancing team productivity

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in product or 7+ years combined professional experience in product, data science, or engineering 
• Experience leading and driving machine learning roadmaps 
• Previous professional work experience as a Software Engineer or Data Scientist
• Strong proficiency with analytics tools and platforms, such as Jupyter Notebooks or other similar platforms

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,500-$255,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
