Overview
Zinkworks is seeking a QA & Performance Test Lead to drive quality assurance activities for complex cloud-native platforms. This role will lead QA strategy, oversee testing processes, and ensure system performance, reliability, and security across large-scale telecom applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead QA strategy and testing activities across complex engineering programmes.
Design and execute performance testing strategies for large-scale cloud-native applications.
Conduct and oversee security testing and validation activities.
Build and manage automated testing frameworks.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
Ensure scalability and reliability for large-scale telecom systems.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong expertise in performance testing and performance engineering.
Experience in designing test strategy for performance testing, stress testing
Experience in test automation and guiding teams by helping them identify end-to-end tests for automation
Experience conducting security testing and validation.
Experience in testing cloud-native and distributed systems.
Experience working with large-scale telecom or enterprise platforms.
Desirable Skills
Experience with test automation frameworks.
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
Knowledge of Kubernetes or cloud-native architectures.
