Principal SRE Engineer / SRE Architect

THE ROLE

Job Description:

• Lead software reliability and scalability initiatives.
• Drive reliability aspects of software and infrastructure architecture.
• Transform operations via introducing SRE culture.
• Reduce operations toil via automation and tooling.
• Champion customer-centric observability strategies.
• Ensure all products and services follow standard SRE practices.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with 5+ year of experience in one or more of: Python, Ruby, Java, Go.
• Expert-level proficiency with 5+ years of experience in public cloud operations, preferably AWS.
• Expertise with 5+ years of experience in designing and operating high-availability, fault tolerant, scalable, distributed software in production.
• Expertise in driving complex cross-team projects from inception to production.
• Experience mentoring and coaching engineers.
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to communicate complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences.

COMPENSATION RANGE 

The compensation range for this role is $175,000.00 - $225,000.00 depending on location and experience.
