About the role
Seeking an intern who wishes to gain real-world experience with the various activities within a SaaS company. You’ll work on meaningful projects directly related to key Crunchtime business goals. Supporting internal employees and giving support to different departments.
What you’ll do as a Corp Tech Intern
- Provide day-to-day IT operational support.
- Provide resolution to the issues raised by the users.
- Document procedures, guidelines, and projects in which you are participating.
- Participate in designing and implementing IT processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure an effective and efficient service delivery.
- Evaluate existing processes and translate opportunities into technical requirements, logic, and code.
- Provide advice, evidence, and guidance during audit engagements.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proficient in troubleshooting client issues and efficiently providing long-term solutions and recommendations.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Mac OS / UNIX /Windows).
Nice To Haves
- Basic shell and PowerShell scripting.
- Basic Python Scripting.
- Mobile Device Management experience.
