Role Overview:

As an R&D and Product Project Manager, you will join our team in our Tel Aviv office. You will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and coordinating various research and development projects, ensuring they're on time and efficiently planned. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success. You will manage needs assessment, risk management, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that our innovative solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead R&D projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Prepare detailed project plans, including resource allocation, milestones, and risk mapping.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the project.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best project management and software development practices.
  • Communicate with external stakeholders, both vendors and clients, as projects may require
  • 2 years + experience as a Project Manager from a tech company. 
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions.
