Position Overview

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with strong hands-on expertise in .NET technologies to lead and deliver high-quality technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, proven delivery management experience, and prior exposure to the healthcare domain (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of .NET-based applications and solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance in architecture, design, development, and code reviews.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, QA, DevOps, and architecture.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely sprint delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Support production releases, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Strong understanding of SQL Server and database design.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Proven experience managing delivery teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience in the healthcare domain (e.g., payments processing, payer systems, EDI, HIPAA compliance).
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.
