The role
The Marketing Analytics & Insights Analyst (internally Digital and CRM Analyst) will play a central role within the Zeekr EU Marketing team, supporting performance analytics and full-funnel reporting across all European markets. This role focuses on building structured dashboards, ensuring consistent KPI reporting, and translating marketing data into clear insights that support ROI-driven decision-making. You will work across paid media, organic channels, website performance, and CRM data to help connect the dots and contribute to a coherent performance narrative.
This is what you will do:
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards covering the full funnel: traffic, engagement, leads, test drives, opportunities, and orders.
• Support the development of standardized cross-market reporting frameworks to ensure KPI alignment across Europe.
• Prepare executive-ready performance summaries and presentations.
Analyze GA4, Meta, Google Ads, Reddit, and other platforms to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with local markets and the media agency to review campaign performance and pacing.
• Support forecasting and target-setting exercises for key performance metrics.
• Contribute to linking marketing performance with downstream sales results.
• Ensure data consistency and help improve tracking and measurement processes.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Solid understanding of GA4 and digital marketing performance metrics.
• Experience analyzing paid media platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Ability to connect data from multiple sources and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to structure executive-ready presentations.
• Clear presentation and storytelling skills, able to explain performance insights to both operational teams and senior stakeholders.
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to reporting and dashboard creation.
• Experience working with or alongside media agencies.
• Fluent English.
Nice to have:
• Salesforce knowledge, including understanding of lead and opportunity objects, CRM funnel logic, and reporting structures.
• SQL knowledge.
• Experience in multi-market or international environments.
• Exposure to attribution modeling or funnel modeling.
