Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, etc.) and/or five (5) years related experience in a project coordination and support for engineering, execution, manufacturing, coordination, communication towards timely completion of project.
- Must have personal computer skills and knowledge on project monitoring software.
- 5 years of Project Engineering experience in similar industry (Oil & Gas / Offshore)
- Ability to travel up to 20% based on project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager as needed to make projects successful.
- Liaison with concerned departments to meet project objectives in terms of safety, function, sizing, project specifications, schedule, Deliveries and cost.
- Ability to work and perform well under pressure.
- Follow-up with internal engineering team and external (customer) team on approval of project drawings/deliverables. Monitor / update client VDR
- Well verse with Project monitoring software like MS project or similar.
- Develop Project Schedules and perform monitoring/updates of those schedules.
- Attend internal and external Project engineering / project review / schedule meetings.
- Help Internal Team on regional sourcing /purchase requirement of projects.
- Coordinates all required technical and commercial correspondence related to the job. This includes all internal and external communications and correspondence with the project team customer, end user, sales reps, and/or outside consultants and generate report to mgmt.
- Coordinates written advise and price resolution with Customer concerning price revisions.
- Ensure and maintain and present projects budget.
