As a Generative AI Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain innovative Generative AI solutions, driving technological advancement within the organization. This role includes developing, validating, and testing solutions and creating comprehensive documentation while adhering to established processes and standards. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage the latest advancements in Generative AI to enhance organizational products and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Establishes requirements for moderately complex software design projects. Prioritizes features to insure the most important get implemented.
- Participates in code reviews and identifies bad sections early in the process and then recodes them.
- Completes all phases of moderately complex software design projects. Carries out all in-process and final inspection activities.
- Develops and tests documentation for the software projects.
- Considers latest technologies and new approaches to designs and implementation of new designs.
- Reviews changes or upgrades to existing software and / or firmware designs. Develops new technology to solve unique problems.
- Provide recommendations and solutions to problems using experience in multiple technical areas.
- Applies existing technology in new ways to improve performance and productivity.
- May develop new tools to aid in the analysis and solving of problem
- Exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Receives little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments.
- May influence the activities of junior level personnel (exempt professional and non-exempt).
- Networks with senior, internal and external, personnel in own area of expertise. Frequent interorganizational and outside customer contacts.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an appropriate (i.e. Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science) engineering discipline required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience or an advanced degree and equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of extensive full-stack development experience building web applications from prototypes to enterprise-grade production systems using multiple programming languages and technologies, such as Python, Node.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and SQL.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience developing Generative AI solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or similar technique, including experience with embeddings, vector databases, and advanced prompt engineering techniques.
- Proven expertise in designing, fine-tuning, and deploying Large Language Models (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Llama, or similar).
- Practical experience with Generative AI frameworks, including vendor platforms such as Azure AI Studio, Vertex AI, or custom solutions using LangChain or similar tools.
- Solid experience in Python programming, with demonstrated experience using libraries from Hugging Face and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices in software development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated work experience building mobile applications.
- Advanced analytical skills, including experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Track record of delivering Generative AI solutions in fast-paced, innovative environments.

Salary: USD 94900.00 - USD 142300.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
