We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer to spearhead migrating systems to cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role involves working with a diverse team across the globe, and ensuring seamless integration and deployment of new systems. • Lead a team in migrating systems to GCP.
• Work with teams across the globe to design, develop, and deploy full-stack solutions that meet business requirements.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development and deployment process.
• Ensure high-quality code by conducting code reviews, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain scalable, robust, and secure cloud-native applications.
• Design RESTful APIs, gRPC, and GraphQL interfaces to enable seamless communication between services.
• Utilize front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks) and backend languages (Java, JavaScript, Python) to build comprehensive solutions.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Implement cloud security practices and threat assessments to ensure robust protection of systems and data.
• Utilize cloud monitoring tools and practices to maintain optimal performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong background in migrating systems to cloud-native applications.
• Expertise in cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Extensive experience in backend development using languages like Java, JavaScript, and Python.
• Familiarity with cloud-native development tools and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles, gRPC, and GraphQL.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices in software development.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in a distributed environment.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
