Solution Architect

Location: Memphis, TN

• We are seeking an experienced Azure Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, AI-enabled enterprise solutions on Microsoft Azure. This role requires a strong mix of cloud architecture, application modernization, microservices, API strategy, and Generative AI expertise.

  The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving solution architecture initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering innovative cloud-native and AI-powered platforms that support business transformation goals.

  Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Lead cloud modernization, application transformation, and AI adoption initiatives.
• Develop cloud-native applications using microservices and container-based architectures.
• Design secure API ecosystems using Azure API Management (APIM).
• Build and integrate AI-powered solutions utilizing Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and RAG architectures.
• Define architecture standards, governance frameworks, scalability, resiliency, and security best practices.
• Create architecture documentation, technical roadmaps, and solution designs.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with cloud security, IAM, governance, and enterprise standards.

• • • Preferred Qualifications

    • Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Certification (AZ-305)
    • Azure AI Engineer Certification
    • Experience delivering enterprise AI/GenAI transformation programs
    • Experience with LangChain, Vector Databases, and Conversational AI platforms
    • Exposure to AI governance, observability, and responsible AI practices

    • Stakeholder Communication Requirements

    • Proven experience collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, security teams, and executive leadership.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
    • Experience leading architecture reviews, workshops, and technical discussions.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Ability to influence decision-making and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.

    • Required Skills & Experience

    • 10+ years of Software Engineering, Cloud Architecture, or Solution Architecture experience.
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience designing enterprise solutions on Microsoft Azure.
    • Strong experience with Azure App Services, APIM, Application Gateway (WAF), Azure Monitor, and Azure Container Registry (ACR).
    • Expertise in microservices architecture, REST APIs, and containerized applications.
    • Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Prompt Engineering, and RAG solutions.
    • Experience integrating LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Llama into enterprise applications.
    • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Azure Cosmos DB, and modern data architectures.
    • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, and infrastructure automation.
    • Solid understanding of cloud security, IAM, authentication, authorization, and governance frameworks.
