We are looking for a Frontend Developer who is not just passionate about writing clean, efficient code, but also about creating visually engaging and highly interactive user experiences. You’ll be working closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to build visually stunning, high-performance applications that are used globally.

What will you do as a Frontend Developer

Build and own pixel-perfect, high-performance web interfaces using ReactJS
Create immersive UI animations using GSAP or Framer Motion
Collaborate with designers to implement rich interactive experiences, focusing on UI/UX excellence
Work with RESTful APIs and integrate front-end logic with backend services
Write scalable, maintainable, and clean code using modern JavaScript standards
Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Participate in code reviews, product planning, and team brainstorming sessions
Maintain UI consistency across the platform, adhering to design systems and branding

What are we looking for:

2+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on JavaScript animations
Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
Hands-on experience with GSAP or Framer Motion for crafting animations
Strong eye for design and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles
Comfortable turning designs into functional interfaces
Familiar with component-based architecture and state management (Redux is a bonus)
Experience working with design tools like Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD
Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Bonus: Experience with 3D libraries like Three.js
Bonus: Prior exposure to Redux for state management

Nice to have:

Knowledge of performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
Experience working in a product-based or startup environment
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Passion for animation and a good portfolio showcasing animation/UI work
