Development Manager – Brazil (LA&C)

The Franchise Development Manager is responsible for leading the franchise new unit growth across Brazil as well as driving the growth of the Taco Bell business through partnerships with existing Franchisees and recruiting new ones. This position will support Franchisees on market planning, site sourcing, site selection, design, building permitting, and construction guidance. The role also includes managing internal and external partners, including brokers, developers, brand planning professionals, designers, real estate, and operations to maximize growth opportunities. This role reports to Development Director (Latin America and Caribbean) with a dotted line to the Brazil Market Lead.
