TACHES :
- Comprendre, identifier, clarifier les besoins des clients internes ou externes exprimées sous forme de BRIEF afin de définir les objectifs,
- Définir, fixer et respecter le budget des projets en charge,
- Assurer le suivi et la mise en œuvre du projet dans le respect du budget et des délais,
- Participer à la réalisation des études marketing et proposer une stratégie, publicitaire ou de campagne : choix du média, contenu, illustrations, etc.
- Présenter le projet aux équipes techniques et artistiques avec lesquelles il travaille de concert et transmettre toutes les informations nécessaires à son exécution,
- Superviser la mise en place du projet afin de garantir une coordination optimale,
- Adapter les projets aux tendances de la communication digitale en constante évolution,
- Veiller à la cohérence éditoriale et visuelle des contenus créés par l’équipe,
- Vérifier les parutions sur les supports médiatiques,
- Assurer le lien avec le client interne tout au long du projet,
- Développer des outils et des actions de communication destinés à chacune des cibles (plaquettes de présentation, newsletters, prints…),
- Garantir la cohérence des messages et des créations lors de leur implémentation,
- Assurer la coordination avec les différents intervenants externes et internes,
- Suivi des performances et réalisation des reportings et bilans.
- S’assurer de la bonne remontée des informations et résultats en interne auprès des différents intervenants et équipes impliquées,
- Analyse poussée des résultats des campagnes et présentation des bilans aux parties prenantes et adapter la stratégie en cas de besoin,
- Rendre compte à sa hiérarchie du plan d’action,
- Effectuer un travail de veille concurrentielle et sectorielle,
- Organiser, animer et gérer les réunions d’équipe.
