Job Title: Foundry Trainee Engineer - Maintenance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Foundry Trainee Engineer - Maintenance to join our team. As a Trainee Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of our foundry equipment and facilities. Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assist Maintenance Team: Assist senior maintenance engineers and technicians in performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and overhauls of foundry equipment.

2. Equipment Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and report to supervisors.

3. Maintenance Scheduling: Assist in scheduling maintenance activities, including planning and coordinating with production teams.

4. Troubleshooting: Participate in troubleshooting and resolving equipment-related issues, using problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and equipment history.

6. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies, and participate in safety audits and training programs.

7. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with new technologies, equipment, and maintenance techniques, and apply this knowledge to improve maintenance practices.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering

2. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or a related field.

3. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and control systems.

4. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

5. Certifications: Familiarity with industry-specific certifications, such as OSHA or ISO 9001.
