Location: Wai, India
Department: DEVELOPMENT
Experience: 3-5 YEARS
Atharva Foundries Pvt. Ltd.is a leading foundry producing high-quality castings.. We are looking for an innovative Design Engineer to lead our product development and casting tooling design.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and develop 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, and tooling/patterns using PTC Creo and SolidWorks.
· Perform structural, thermal, and fluid flow simulations using ANSYS to validate casting integrity, optimize risers, and reduce defects.
· Collaborate directly with the pattern-making and production floors to ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
Requirements:
· Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
· Experience: 2 to 5 years in mechanical/tooling design.
· Software Skills: Strong hands-on proficiency in Creo, SolidWorks, and ANSYS.
· Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or a strong understanding of the casting/foundry process, gating/risering, and GD&T.
