ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Backend Engineer who is curious, collaborative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting. The best candidate will be someone who is excited to develop and maintain scalable backend services that power innovative products used by game developers and players worldwide.
Strong programming skills in PHP and/or Golang are essential, along with a solid understanding of algorithms, database design, and software engineering principles. The ability to write clean, testable code while contributing to a team-oriented development environment will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain new functionality;
- Design and implement new services to support product features;
- Proactively propose ideas for improving the product;
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and QA to deliver end-to-end solutions;
- Own your code in production by monitoring, debugging, and continuously improving service performance and reliability;
- Write automated tests and follow CI/CD best practices to ensure high-quality deployments;
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing across teams.
Requirements
- Experience in programming and backend development of industrial web applications using PHP and/or Golang;
- Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures;
- Understanding of decomposition principles, OOP, and design patterns;
- Ability to write testable code, including unit and functional tests;
- Good command of SQL, database design, and OLTP/OLAP approaches;
- Ability to participate effectively in team-based development;
- English proficiency at B2 level.
Nice To Have
- Experience in building high-load enterprise applications and event-driven systems;
- Knowledge of application architecture patterns and experience applying them;
- Experience working with continuous integration and deployment systems (Docker, Jenkins, GitLab, etc.);
- Experience with frontend development using any framework, preferably React.
