Data Operations Analyst - LSP

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate liner service data on a recurring cycle. 
• Monitor vessel movements, deployment changes, blank sailings, and schedule updates for your portfolio, and update our platform to reflect the current state.
• Investigate and resolve data quality exceptions: missing vessel assignments, stale voyage legs, unmatched data points and carrier discrepancies. 
• Query our database to dig into data issues and support your own analysis.
• Work closely with Customer Success and Sales teams in answering customers´ data requests throughout their procurement life cycle journey. 
• Maintain forecast accuracy for your portfolio.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Logistics, and related fields. 
• Fluent in English, oral and written. 
• High attention to detail; you catch discrepancies across large datasets. 
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset. 
• Comfortable working async across time zones in a distributed team. 
• Outstanding team player, also fully capable of working independently. 
• You're curious by nature and learn new tools and systems quickly, always asking why the data looks the way it does, not just what it shows. 

• Experience as a Data Analyst 
• Familiarity with container shipping, vessel schedules, or liner service structures. 
• Proficiency with AI tools to speed up data analysis, scripting, or documentation. 
• Working knowledge of SQL; comfortable writing and troubleshooting queries against a relational database. 
• Comfortable building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI.
