We’re looking for a talented and motivated Frontend Tech Lead to join our team and drive the development of both our SDK – embedded in clients’ websites and reaching massive fan audiences – and client-facing web applications for content management, analytics, and more. Beyond your immediate team, you’ll have a broader impact, shaping frontend development across the company by driving best practices, architectural decisions, and technological direction.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the development and delivery of our SDK and client-facing web applications using modern frontend technologies.
- Set high coding standards and ensure best practices are followed across the frontend team.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers, backend engineers, QA, designers and product managers to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
- Mentor and support frontend developers, fostering technical growth within the team.
- Play a key role in our frontend guild, driving innovation, sharing knowledge, and influencing frontend strategy across the company.
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in Frontend Web Development at product-focused or high-scale companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React – Must.
- Experience with cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and techniques
- Experience with performance optimization and scalable frontend architectures.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and modern development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Previous experience in developing and maintaining JavaScript SDKs for third-party integration – Advantage.
- Experience with multimedia frameworks and libraries (e.g., Video.js, Plyr, HLS.js, etc.) - Advantage.
