We're searching for a highly skilled and motivated Backend Engineer to join our team and make a significant impact on our company's growth. You'll have the opportunity to design, develop, and maintain innovative backend solutions that directly enhance our operational efficiency and scalability. What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a leading university or equivalent
• Ownership and Accountability: Ability to take extreme ownership and accountability to lead developments end-to-end.
• Drive for Improvement: A passion for identifying inefficiencies and flaws in existing business and software processes, and taking the initiative to implement improvements.
• Deep Technical Expertise: 4+ years of experience in backend software development, with proficiency in microservices architecture .NET, SQL, And ElasticSearch. (React and node.js - nice to have)
• Cloud Experience: Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and experience with Azure.
• Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
