Information Security Automation & Integration Intern

As an Information Security Automation and Integration Intern, you will support the enhancement of the LogicGate GRC platform, streamline Security Risk & Compliance processes, and drive automation and system integrations. This role offers hands-on experience in GRC technologies, workflow automation, API integrations, cybersecurity governance, and digital transformation.

What you will do

• Improve LogicGate workflows by identifying gaps and enhancing user experience and efficiency

• Design and optimize workflow automations, notifications, approvals, reminders, and escalations for Security Risk & Compliance processes

• Integrate LogicGate with enterprise applications using APIs, connectors, and automation tools to improve data flow and efficiency

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and develop scalable GRC workflow solutions

• Support platform administration, testing, documentation, Jira tracking, and other GRC technology initiatives.

What you bring

• Currently an undergraduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Business Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, Digital Business & Technology, or related fields

• Interest in workflow automation, system integration, and process improvement

• Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn

• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with APIs, scripting, low-code/no-code platforms, or automation tools is an advantage

• Quick to learn new technologies and enterprise platforms.
