WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for engineers who are passionate about developing automated driving systems and are excited to work with us to create a better future for mobility. 

For the development of automated driving systems, we create various models (traffic flow models, driver models, sensory models, etc.) and build digital twin environments based on data collected from the market, and feed the results back to the planning process.
For this purpose, we are developing the aforementioned tools, automating and pipelining (including infrastructure environment development), and integrating them with the existing environment.

We are looking for people who have experience in the above development elements and who are able to consider appropriate solutions while benchmarking against external activities.

Past work experience should include development of medium or larger scale products while controlling outsourcing, ability to communicate externally through patent applications, conference presentations, etc., and experience in development and evaluation using xILS is desirable. Real time systems are the essential prerequisite.  

私たちは自動運転システムの開発に向け、市場から集まるデータをもとに、各種モデル(交通流モデル、ドライバモデル、官能モデル等)の作成やデジタルツイン環境の構築を行い、その結果を企画へフィードバックしていきます。

その為、前述のツールを開発するとともに、自動化・パイプライン化(インフラ環境開発も含む)を行い、既存環境とインテグレーションを行なっています。

これらの業務に必要な人は、上記の開発要素に対する経験を持った人や、社外の活動に対するベンチマークを行いながら適切なソリューションを検討できる人を求めています。

過去の業務経験として、アウトソースをコントロールしながら中規模以上のプロダクト開発を行ったことがあることや、特許出願や学会発表などの社外発信ができること、またxILSを用いた開発・評価経験があることが望ましいです。

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and Implement simulation models of sensors, vehicle dynamics and traffic agents.
  • Construct Simulation test environment (MILS/SILS/HILS). 
  • Construct Automated test platform (CI/CD).
  • Design and build infrastructure, including on-premise servers and cloud.
  • Implement communication bridge between Simulator and Automated Driving Software Stack.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years experience of software development or system design and evaluation in automotive software development or simulation software development 
  • Familiarity with C and C++ language
  • Excellent communication and people engagement skills
  • Fluent written and spoken Japanese
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • CおよびC++言語に精通している
  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力
  • 流暢な日本語の読み書き

NICE TO HAVES

  • Experience with one or more programming languages including but not limited to: Python, MATLAB simulink/Stateflow, OpenCV, JavaScript, etc
  • Proficiency of system architecture design and development process
  • Data mining / analytical skills
  • Strong English language skills
