業務内容
- 技術的な意思決定、ロードマップの策定、チーム間の連携、そしてメンターシップにおいて、チームへ技術的リーダーシップを提供する
- オブザーバビリティプラットフォーム向けのソフトウェアシステムを開発し、プロダクトのモニタリング、信頼性、および開発効率を向上させます
- サービスの健全性を維持するため、オンコール対応としてインシデントの監視および対応を担当していただきます。オンコールは8時間単位のローテーション制で、平日・週末・祝日を含み、リモートでの対応も可能です
- ユーザーからのリクエストに対してL2サポートを提供し、製品利用時に発生する問題の切り分けやトラブルシューティングを通じて、顧客を支援していただきます
- 責任追及を行わない事後分析を通じてインシデントから学び、コーディングを通じてサービスの信頼性問題に改善します
- プロダクトチーム内でSREのベストプラクティスを確立・推進していただきます。具体的には、キャパシティプランニング、カオステスト、災害復旧訓練などが含まれます
- 自動化によってトイル（定型的・手作業の負荷）を削減し、開発チームおよび運用チームの効率を向上させます
必須条件
- SRE、DevOps、クラウドエンジニアリング、オブザーバビリティエンジニアリング、またはバックエンド開発のいずれかの領域で、7年以上の実務経験を有すること
- Go、Python、または類似のプログラミング言語に関する中級〜上級レベルのスキルを持ち、データ構造、アルゴリズム、ソフトウェア設計に精通していること
- パブリッククラウド技術、Kubernetes、コードとしてのインフラストラクチャ（IaC）における中級または上級レベルの専門知識を有している
- 本番環境でのオンコール対応、トラブルシューティング、インシデント管理に精通している
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
歓迎条件
- SLOモニタリング、災害復旧計画、カオステスト、キャパシティプランニング、自動化、トイル削減などを含む、SREベストプラクティスの実践的な経験を有している
- Prometheus、Grafana、GCPモニタリングなどのAPMソリューションとモニタリングシステムの実務経験
- SRE、DevOps、またはプラットフォームエンジニアリングチームにおいて、テクニカルリードまたはチームリードとしての実務経験を有すること
- AWS、GCP、またはKubernetesの認定資格
