Associate Technical Program Manager, Vehicle Software

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage projects related to in vehicle cybersecurity from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with Vehicle Security's strategic goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and responsibilities.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, product owners, and compliance teams.
• Produce project reports and metrics, presenting them to cybersecurity leadership and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS) requirements and other relevant security standards.
• Oversee the release management process for Arene Security products, including software and analysis assessments.
• Create and manage release plans, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
• Track and manage defects through a defined product vulnerability management process.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management and security assessments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a security-focused role.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience  in project management tools and methodologies.
• Fluency in English and Japanese language.

NICE TO HAVES:

• Basic understanding of security principles, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 21434, NIST, or similar.
• Knowledge in C/C++.
• Experience with Jira, Git, and other relevant tools.
