We are looking for a passionate and creative Interior Design Intern to join our Enterprise team, contributing to the design and development of modern coworking spaces. This internship offers hands-on experience in real-world design projects, with exposure to the full process-from concept to installation. You'll work alongside experienced designers and gain insight into how collaborative, flexible workspaces are planned and brought to life. This role is ideal for someone currently studying interior design and eager to grow their skills in a professional, supportive environment.
Support the design team in creating mood boards, spatial themes and concept visuals tailored to coworking environments.
Assist in sourcing furniture, finishes, fixtures and accessories that align with project goals and design standards.
Assist in creating client-facing presentation decks using tools like PowerPoint, Canva or InDesign.
Support drafting and rendering tasks: use AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or Photoshop to help generate floor plans, layouts and 3D visualizations under guidance.
Participate in site visits, site surveys, progress walkthroughs and installations to learn about space execution.
Organize material libraries, help maintain project documentation, assist with sample requests and contribute to day-to-day design coordination.
Additional ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
Open to students in 2nd year or beyond of a diploma or degree program in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related field.
Basic proficiency (or strong willingness to learn) in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop or InDesign.
Interest in coworking space design, flexible workspace trends and user-centered environments.
Understanding of basic space planning, ergonomics and design principles.
Good visual communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Open to feedback, eager to learn and able to work collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with sustainable or modular design is a plus, but not required.
