  • Ensure all engineering work complies with applicable codes, standards, regulations, and client requirements while maintaining Worley's commitment to safety and technical integrity.
  • Support industrial automation, digital transformation, and control system cybersecurity initiatives where applicable.
  • Manage discipline budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resource requirements to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as a technical advisor and contributing to the successful delivery of complex projects.
  • Support proposal development, project planning, estimating activities, and business growth opportunities.

What you will bring:

  • You possess advanced knowledge of instrumentation and automation systems, including DCS, PLC, SCADA, and SIS platforms, and are comfortable working with industrial communication networks and protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP. Your technical expertise is complemented by a practical approach to problem solving, allowing you to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and develop effective solutions in complex operating environments.
  • You are recognized as a collaborative and influential leader who can guide multidisciplinary teams, build strong client relationships, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You are motivated by technical challenges, committed to continuous learning, and passionate about mentoring and developing others.
