Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our ever-evolving Unified Proposition Product team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

• Define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan for the Global Payments Unified Proposition, creating a full-stack, integrated commerce offering that delivers the right to win across target verticals and value segments.

• Support build, buy, or borrow evaluation of third-party products/solutions that can be integrated into Global Payments to accelerate market delivery while reducing strategic dependency.

• Define the capabilities, requirements, and customer journeys needed to create a seamless omnichannel experience for merchants, partners, and developers.

• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Partnerships, and Architecture teams to ensure successful execution of the unified proposition roadmap.

• Establish the long-term target state architecture and migration strategy that simplifies the payments ecosystem while enabling consistent global experiences across markets and channels.

What you’ll bring

• Deep understanding of omnichannel commerce, payment acceptance, POS ecosystems, APIs, developer platforms, and merchant solution architectures.

• Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies, prioritise investments, and translate customer, commercial, and technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.

• Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Architecture, Partnerships, and Operations to drive strategic outcomes.

• A ‘think like a client’ mindset - understanding what matters most, and confidently leading consultative, value-driven conversations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking to navigate challenges and resolve issues effectively.

• A proactive, accountable approach - taking ownership, acting early, and delivering great client outcomes.

• A genuine interest in Global Payments’ products and the wider payments industry, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.

It’s a bonus if you have

• Experience in the payments, fintech, acquiring, POS, unified commerce, or retail technology industries, with a strong understanding of merchant needs and commerce ecosystems.

• Knowledge of payment acceptance, terminal management, tokenisation, digital wallets, value-added services, and omnichannel commerce journeys.

• Experience managing product portfolios across multiple markets, balancing regional requirements with global platform standardisation.

• Familiarity with modern commerce trends such as embedded payments, agentic commerce, customer tokenisation, and unified merchant experiences.

• A background in product roles across payments, fintech.
