Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver full-stack features using React and Node.js.
•  Handle frontend, backend/API development, and database integration. 
•  Contribute to application architecture and SaaS solution development. 
•  Deliver projects and features end-to-end. 
•  Write and maintain tests and support QA activities. 
•  Work with the Technical Project Manager to scope, estimate, and deliver projects. 
•  Proactively identify and resolve technical issues and risks. 
•  Evaluate and use modern development and AI-assisted tools where appropriate. 
•  Take ownership of deliverables and ensure high-quality project outcomes.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 5–7 years of professional software development experience.
•  Experience working in a reputable Pakistani software house or software/product development environment. 
•  Strong hands-on React and Node.js experience in production. 
•  Proven experience delivering software projects/features end-to-end. 
•  Strong understanding of frontend architecture, backend/API development, and databases. 
•  Working knowledge of SaaS, multi-tenant, or multi-client applications. 
•  Experience with testing and QA. 
•  Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. 
•  Ability to work independently and take ownership without micromanagement. 
•  Familiarity with Sanity, Vercel, Supabase, Cursor, Lovable, GitHub, and ClickUp is preferred. 
•  International client, remote-team, or global product experience is a strong plus. 
•  Willingness to continuously learn and grow toward a technical leadership role.
