The GTM DCX team within the Business Technology organization manages the full lifecycle application development on Salesforce and Adobe Platforms, performance optimization, critical incident resolution and environment & release management functions powering all aspects of the unified experience with in workday community and deliver a cloud-based, personalized online interactive experiences for our customers.

About the Role

This position is is responsible for supporting successful and sustainable global enterprise applications built on Salesforce and it's eco-system. This position will be based in Pune, Maharashtra. Our team cultivates relationships with our business partners built on collaboration & trust to support a rapidly growing business; transforming visions of improving efficiency and operational effectiveness into reality through technology, innovation and inspiration.

Responsibilities:

• Configure the Salesforce application based on the business requirements

• Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS

• Learn and apply best practices and experience to build Salesforce applications.

• Perform support and development activities for applications/projects assigned

• Work closely with other developers in the team, business analyst, QA analyst and project managers.

• Research Salesforce.com capabilities as needed to suit business requirements, and provide gap analysis

About You

Basic Qualifications:

• 2-5 Year's experience in Salesforce application development

• Software Application Development (Bug Fixes & Optimizations) on the Salesforce platform using Object Oriented design methodologies and Salesforce technologies- Apex, VisualForce, Apex Triggers, Salesforce Integrations, APIs on SnapLogic

• Salesforce Administration of the Salesforce environment; responsibilities include customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, validation rules, approvals, dashboards, reports, etc.

• Develop monitoring systems for the critical Salesforce Platform business workflows to pre-empt issues and resolve

• Lead and deliver Automation of tasks/service requests

Other Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Developer certification

• Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications(preferred)

• Integration experience is added advantage

• Experience of working on tools like Snaplogic, Coveo , MuleSoft will be added advantage.
